Repeat pages by field values

You can repeat a Word page that contains charts, tables, or variables. Qalyptus will generate the same page for each value of the selected repeat field.

To repeat a row range:

1. Edit the Word report template.
2. Add the desired Qlik Sense objects (charts, tables, variables) to the Word page.
3. In the Overview tab, click the three dots button next to the Repeat node and select Add iteration field.
4. In the field list, select a field and click Add.
5. The field will be added to the Repeat node.
6. Click the three dots button next to the field and select Repeat.
7. A repeat tag will be added to the page.
8. Place the tag where you want the iteration value to appear. This tag will be replaced by the actual field value when the report is generated.
9. Click Preview to see how the report will look when generated.

tip

Nested Repeats:
You can nest repeat pages within other repeats to create more sophisticated reporting scenarios. For example, you might repeat pages by region, and within each region, repeat sections by product category.

Important: When using nested repeats, the order of the repeat tags on the page matters. Make sure to position them correctly to achieve the desired hierarchy
