Status Page

The Status page provides a real-time view of task execution across three tabs: Scheduled Tasks, On-demand Requests, and Report Subscriptions.

Scheduled Tasks

This tab lists all tasks that have at least one schedule assigned. For each entry, the following information is displayed:

Column	Description
Task Name	The name of the task.
Schedule Name	The name of the schedule trigger.
Active	Whether the task is currently active.
Status	The current job status: Never, Queued, Running, Stopped, Error, or Completed.
Last Execution	The start date and time of the last run.
Next Execution	The scheduled date and time of the next run.
Log	Download and view the log file from the task's last execution.

Use the Run button to trigger the task immediately, or Stop to cancel a running task.

On-demand Requests

This tab lists all tasks and reports that have been run on demand; from the Tasks page, the Reports page, the Qalyptus API, or via the Qalyptus On-Demand Qlik Sense extension.

It also shows executions triggered by Qlik events.

On-demand requests are scoped to the current user, only requests initiated by the logged-in user are shown. Qlik event executions are an exception: they are not tied to a specific user and are visible to all.

Column	Description
Title	The name of the task or report.
Source	The origin of the request (On-demand, API, Qlik event, etc.).
Format	The output format(s) of the generated report(s).
Project	The project the item belongs to.
Status	Execution status: Never, Queued, Running, Stopped, Error, or Completed.
Last Execution	The start date and time of the last run.
End of Execution	The end date and time of the last run.
Download	Download the result of the run (available for On-demand and Report sources).
Log	Download and view the log file from the last run.
Delete	Remove the entry from the list.

Report Subscriptions

This tab lists all report subscriptions created by users. A subscription is a personal scheduled task that generates a report and delivers it to the subscriber by email.

Column	Description
Report Name	The name of the subscribed report.
Email Subject	The subject line used for the subscription email.
Owner	The user who created the subscription.
Schedule	The recurrence chosen by the subscriber.
Status	The result of the last execution.
Last Execution	The date of the last run.
Next Execution	The date of the next scheduled run.

From the Action menu, you can view the execution log, edit the subscription settings, or unsubscribe the user from the report.

Email Delivery Logs

When a task sends reports by email, Qalyptus generates a dedicated log file for each email sent. This log records the SMTP activity and can help diagnose delivery issues.

To find the email log files, open the task's execution log; it contains the path to the folder where the email logs are stored.
